Case Study: Qualified E-Signature for PropTech

Qualified E-Signature
Legally-Binding Signing, Wired Into Your CRM

Powers of attorney, mandates and disclosures need signatures that hold up in court. Yet the signing step usually falls out of the system entirely — printed, signed on paper, scanned, and re-uploaded by hand days later.

The Problem: Signing Lives Outside the System

A clean digital workflow breaks the moment a signature is required. Documents get exported, emailed, printed, physically signed, scanned, and manually re-attached to the CRM record. It is slow, error-prone, and leaves no reliable audit trail — and a scanned image is not a legally-qualified signature.

The Fix: Qualified Signatures, End to End

We wire an eIDAS-qualified signature loop (eID Easy, with national eID / Smart-ID) into the CRM. The system sends the document for signing, the signer authenticates with their national eID, and the signed PDF plus a full audit trail is filed straight back onto the record. A qualified eIDAS signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten one under EU law — with none of the paper.

How It Works Under the Hood

Every step engineered for correctness, not just automation

Qualified, Not Just Digital

eIDAS-qualified electronic signatures carry the same legal standing as a handwritten one across the EU — not a drawn squiggle or a checkbox.

National eID Auth

Signers authenticate with their national eID or Smart-ID, so identity is verified by the eID provider, not self-asserted.

Write-Back to CRM

The signed PDF and signing metadata are filed automatically onto the originating record — no manual matching or re-upload.

Audit Trail

Who signed, when, and with which method is captured for every document, ready for compliance review.
